Certain products can be compressed. Please be assured it will not affect the structure or use of the mattress. We use premium materials and a standardized quality control process for all our mattresses to maintain their high quality and durability.

The covers of certain products can be removed and washed. Please refer to the laundry symbol on the cover for suggested methods. The core cannot be washed (neither machine-washing nor handwashing) or placed directly under sunlight.

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee campaign for selected mattresses. You may enjoy a one-time exchange of your mattress for another model.

We offer a 20-year warranty for selected mattresses. If a mattress sagged after our examination, we could provide a brand new mattress of the same size for replacement.

All products are non-refundable. Sizes and variants of products could not be amended after confirmation of the delivery date.

A HK$300 delivery fee will be charged for orders under HK$500 (on eShop) or HK$2000 (at life stores or department store counters). Free delivery service does not apply to the Islands District. An additional charge of HK$100 (for Ma Wan & Tung Chung) or HK$300 (for Discovery Bay) may be charged.

Delivery and pick-up orders will be ready within 7 to 14 working days (16 to 28 working days for bed frames) in general. You will be notified via phone call when your product is ready for pick up.
The ship date could be delayed due to stock issues.
Delivery will be suspended and rearranged under bad weather or other emergency conditions, e.g. Typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning.

No, because our delivery date is arranged based on the district. In general, the arrangement will be:
Every Monday and Thursday: Hong Kong Island, Tsuen Wan, Tung Chung, and Kwai Tsing
Every Tuesday and Friday: Kowloon and Sai Kung
Every Wednesday: New Territories (excluding the aforementioned districts)

The official delivery time is between 12:00nn and 7:00pm. Our logistics management team will call you to confirm for a 3-hour timeslot, 2 working days before the actual delivery date.
Considering the uncertain traffic condition of the day, you can only make an appointment for a duration of 3 hours, instead of a specified time. A HK$300 administration fee will be charged for such an appointment.

We provide mattress disposal service. Please request our logistics workers upon arrival of the new mattress. A HK$200 disposal fee will be charged. Please refer to the "Delivery Terms" page for the charge and more details.

We can arrange overseas shipping, however, delivery fees, taxes, and other costs incurred should be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

We accept online payment with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal. Alipay HK and WeChat Pay HK are also accepted online.
