Shopping and Delivery Terms & Conditions (Singapore)

Thank you for purchasing SINOMAX products. These delivery terms and conditions apply only to orders placed via the official online store for delivery to Singapore. All products (purchased through the Singapore official online store) are made-to-order and will only be produced after the order is received.

1. Payment and Delivery

Customers must make full payment at the time of placing the order before we can process and dispatch the goods.

2. Applicable Products and Delivery Method

This delivery service applies only to mattresses, pillows, and topper products purchased from the SINOMAX Singapore online store. All goods will be delivered via air express courier directly to the designated Singapore address.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, goods are generally delivered within 10 working days to the specified Singapore address. This is an estimated timeframe; actual delivery may be delayed due to international flight schedules, customs inspections, incorrect customer information, or local courier arrangements.

4. Delivery Fees and Additional Charges

Delivery is limited to Singapore addresses. The required delivery fee will be displayed at checkout and includes one-time delivery service.

For addresses located in remote areas of Singapore, the courier may impose a “Remote Area Surcharge,” which must be borne by the customer. Delivery to remote areas may also take longer. Customers are advised to contact our customer service team before placing an order if in doubt.

Additional charges may apply under the following circumstances (subject to courier’s actual charges), which must be borne by the customer:

  • Re-delivery due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., recipient not available, incorrect address).

  • Special delivery conditions (e.g., high floors without elevators, difficult access).

  • Change of delivery address (see Clause 5).

  • Any additional fees not displayed at checkout will be notified to the customer prior to delivery and must be paid by the customer if applicable.

5. Providing Accurate Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address in English, postal code, and a valid Singapore contact number. Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect customer information will be the responsibility of the customer. If a change of delivery address is required after order confirmation, customers must contact customer service within 2 working days of order placement. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

6. Delivery Arrangement and Receipt

The courier will deliver the goods to the address provided. Standard service generally delivers to the ground floor entrance of the building only. Couriers are not obliged to carry goods upstairs or into the premises.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery. Customers should pay attention to courier notifications.

Any additional costs incurred due to repeated delivery attempts (e.g., no one available to sign) will be borne by the customer.

7. Responsibility for Receipt and Inspection

Delivery is handled entirely by third-party couriers. SINOMAX is only responsible for product integrity prior to dispatch and is not liable for any damage occurring during international transit.

Upon receipt, if damage is found, customers must take photos immediately as evidence. Customers must contact our customer service team within 3 working days, providing the order number and clear photos of the damaged parts, for follow-up. Failure to report within this period will be deemed as acceptance of goods in good condition.

No warranty or repair services are provided for orders delivered to Singapore.

8. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

All goods delivered to Singapore are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Singapore Customs regulations.

9. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

For all Singapore orders, once payment is confirmed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. As products are made-to-order, once opened they pose hygiene risks and cannot be restored to original condition. Customers must carefully check product details (including but not limited to quantity, model, and size) before placing an order.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, war, epidemics, strikes, customs inspection delays, or other unforeseen events, delivery services may be suspended or delayed. SINOMAX’s obligations will be suspended until the event concludes. Customers shall not claim compensation or cancel orders under such circumstances.

11. Amendments to Terms

SINOMAX reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version published on the Singapore official website shall prevail.
