1. Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
2. The customer must present a valid invoice (Fading of text on the invoice is possible. It is recommended to photocopy the invoice to create a backup copy).
3. No refund is applicable for all items.
4. No exchange is applicable for all received items. Size exchange application for Mattresses and Toppers, please refer to point 2 at “Remarks-Size Exchange”.
5. Door to door inspection service will be provided in the first year at no cost, while HK$300 service fee for each visit would be levied starting from the second year.
Repair service and parts replacement service will be provided at no cost within warranty period while any replaced defective parts will be reserved by SINOMAX.
Inspection or repair service will not be provided if warranty expires.
If the product cannot be repaired, SINOMAX reserves the right to provide a product replacement or a product in different model at the same or higher price as a replacement.
6. a) Warranty will be excluded under below conditions:
Failure to follow product usage instruction.
Improper installation or storage, incorrect electrical voltages and misuse, negligence, intended damage, accident and natural calamities, or abnormal usage.
Products repaired, altered or modified by unauthorized individuals.
Natural wear and tear under normal circumstances.
External and internal consumable spare parts of the products.
b) Warranty for Bedding Series will be excluded under below conditions:
Mildewed, stain, torn foam, torn handle or zipper of cover due to improper usage. (Attention: handle is designed for positioning the mattress only instead of supporting whole mattress weight).
Mattress has been stored or used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods.
Damage resulted from natural wear or tear under normal circumstances, cuts or scratches, bending and folding.
Damages caused by external factors including but not limited to exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites.
Personal comfort preferences.
Foam color of some product model may change from time to time, however, it does not affect its firmness.
Use of improper bed frame (e.g. inadequate support, size too small or uneven surface).
7. One-time free installation service will only be provided once along with the delivery.
Additional installation and dismantle service for each product during warranty period will be charged as below every time.
(Transportation service is not available).
8. All door to door service are not applicable to outlying islands. Additional HK$100 will be charged for Ma Wan and Tung Chung while HK$300 will be charged for Discovery Bay.
9. We reserve the right to determine the applicability of warranty after product inspection of SINOMAX professional technician.
10. Feasibility of demolition service of old bed frame is subject to on-site assessment by SINOMAX technician.
Special Remarks – Mattress
1. Warranty period is subjected to different models which starts from the date of delivery.
2. If mattresses sag more than 1.5" or above and unable to resile, customer can redeem a new mattress of same model or grade at a depreciated price. (Depreciated price is calculated in ratio of used years to warranty period; Usage less than one year will be treated as one year.)
3. Mattress size (length, width & height) might have 2 cm difference. It is a normal condition and is not applicable for warranty.
4. Mattresses passed fire retardant test, however, please do not smoke or use flammable materials on the mattress.
1. If toppers sag more than 2cm or above and unable to resile, customer can redeem a new topper of same model or grade at a depreciated price. (Depreciated price is calculated in ratio of used years to warranty period; Usage less than one year will be treated as one year). Topper size (length, width & height) might have 2 cm difference. It is a normal condition and is not applicable for warranty.
1. If pillows sag more than 2 cm or above and unable to resile, customer should settle the price differences for exchanging a higher priced pillow. No refund of price difference is applicable for exchanging a lower priced pillow.
Special Remarks – Bed Frame
1. Bed frame size (length, width & height) might have 2 cm difference. It is a normal condition and is not applicable for warranty.
Special Remarks- Massagers Series
1. Door to door service for inspection, transportation and repair: only applicable for massage chair and foot massage products (except Sinocuddle). Other massage products should be sent to SINOMAX stores by customer.
Remarks – Size Exchange
1. Size exchange service is only applicable to unopened mattress and topper.
Prior to delivery: paying a $300 administration fee and price difference at the purchased store at least one working day prior to delivery date to arrange size amendment. No exchange is applicable afterwards.
(No administration fee for size exchange within the same day of purchase)
After delivery: Paying $300 administration fee, $200 to $400 transportation fee (cost of delivery to remote region, addresses that cannot be accessed with lift/ our delivery truck or locations can only be accessed through staircase, will be charged separately) and price difference at the purchased location to request size exchange within one day after delivery date. No size exchange is applicable for opened products or overdue request.
2b) Customized Size:
Request of size exchange must be made at the purchased shop before 3 pm of the day after purchasing. No exchange is applicable afterwards.
3. No refund of price difference is applicable if customer exchange a product priced lower, while $300 administration fee can be deducted from the price difference. No exchange is applicable for all customized items.
4. Administration fee will be charged for each size exchange of each product.
5. Date of delivery will be rearranged for a size exchange.
6. Item for exchange must be returned with original packing. Unpacked, damaged products and loss of package are not eligible for exchange.
7. Customer should return all accompanied gifts and coupons together with the item for exchange. In the case of failure to return or unpacked accompanies, the value of such accompanies will be charged.
Discount Coupon and VIP Bonus Point Scheme
1. Each HKD 1 spent will gain 1 point; each 100 Points = 1 S-Dollar, which can be used as HKD
2. Coupon in fixed amount discount will be applied after coupon in fixed percentage amount.
3. Coupon and S-Dollar gained or used cannot be retrieved and will not be reissued in any circumstances including but not limited to void, refund and exchange cases.
4. Customer must provide VIP information while making the purchase. No VIP point will be reissued if fail to provide.
5. VIP Point expires 1 year after last purchase.
